Отель очень понравился, очень чистый, красиво оформленный номер, все новое и белоснежное! Завтрак не большой, но сытный! Немного смущало наличие вокруг большого количества пустующих домов и то, то персонал понимал только по- вьетнамски. До пляжа можно доехать на шаттле, хотя и дойти недалеко. Но были очень сильные волны на море..

Отель супер! За те деньги на острове отель оправдал все ожидания ! Все поправился. Из минусов кондиционер работал немного слабо 😎но в целом все очень круто !

Это самый милый отель, в котором я когда-либо жила🥹 очень красиво, уютно, ухоженно. Уборка отличная, хозяева приветливы и дружелюбны. Однозначно рекомендую

Останавливался в этом отеле во время отдыха во Вьетнаме и остался очень доволен проживанием. С самого начала всё было организовано чётко и комфортно. Когда приехали на такси, нас сразу встретили у входа, помогли с чемоданами и очень быстро заселили, без ожиданий и лишних формальностей, что после дороги особенно приятно. Номер оказался очень чистым и аккуратным. Видно, что номер новый: всё в хорошем состоянии, продумано и предусмотрено для комфортного проживания. Уборка проводилась регулярно, за всё время никаких вопросов к чистоте и состоянию номера не возникло. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал отеля. Сотрудники всегда вежливые, внимательные и действительно стараются помочь во всём. Можно обратиться с любым вопросом — подскажут, куда сходить, что посмотреть, где поесть, как удобнее добраться. Отвечают подробно и спокойно, без формального подхода, чувствуется искренняя забота о гостях. Расположение у отеля очень удачное. До пляжа недалеко, можно дойти пешком. Сам пляж рядом очень красивый, как с фильмов: пальмы, живописные виды, приятная атмосфера. На берегу много кафе, где можно поесть или просто посидеть у моря. При необходимости отель предоставляет бесплатный трансфер на багги до пляжа, что особенно удобно в жаркую погоду. Также на пляж можно попросить пляжное полотенце, что является дополнительным плюсом. В отеле есть завтрак, всё организовано нормально, без каких-либо нареканий. За всё время проживания минусов не заметил. Соотношение цены и качества отличное. Отель полностью оправдал ожидания, впечатления остались исключительно положительные. Считаю его отличным выбором для отдыха во Вьетнаме и могу уверенно рекомендовать. Housekeeping was done regularly, and during the entire stay there were no issues with cleanliness or the condition of the room. I would especially like to highlight the staff. The employees are always polite, attentive, and genuinely try to help with everything. You can ask any questions — they will suggest where to go, what to see, where to eat, and how to get around more conveniently. They respond clearly and calmly, without a formal attitude, and you can really feel their sincere care for the guests. The hotel has a very good location. The beach is not far away and can be reached on foot. The nearby beach itself is very beautiful, like something out of a movie: palm trees, scenic views, and a great atmosphere. There are many cafés along the beach where you can eat, have a coffee, or simply relax by the sea. If needed, the hotel provides a free buggy shuttle to the beach, which is especially convenient in hot weather. You can also ask for a beach towel for going to the beach, which is another nice bonus. The hotel offers breakfast, everything is organized well, with no complaints. Throughout the entire stay, I did not notice any downsides. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent. The hotel fully met my expectations, and my overall impression was extremely positive. I consider this hotel a great choice for staying in Vietnam and can confidently recommend it.

Great value for money. Hotel is new and budget friendly. I extended my stay several times. Mind that they will give you local soup for breakfast pretending that they do not understand you. Only one man from staff came after 10 minutes and offered me eggs (via online translation) that I was asking for other staff. Next morning I saw exactly the same scene with other guests. Need to know: staff talks no language except Vietnamese, but you can try to use online translators. But be as concise as possible for better understanding. Strange moment: when I was leaving lady from staff started chatting with Grab taxi driver about my destination. I never asked about it. But I perfectly heard name of another hotel I was relocating to from taxi driver. Uncomfortable feeling. Please do not discuss guests in your local language in front of guests.

В отеле все понравилось! Доброжелательные милые хозяева встретили радушно. Имеется трансфер до пляжа. Номера уютные. Сам отель с красивым интерьером. Находится в тихом райончике, недалеко от пляжа Кхем. Все отлично!

There was a very strong herbal smell from spa downstairs, which I found very difficult to tolerate. Option without breakfast might be better to recommend.
